Sweet & Sour Cole Slaw

  • 1 head cabbage, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced into rings
  • 2/3 cup white vinegar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp. celery seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  1. Place thinly sliced cabbage and onion rings in large bowl.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients and microwave for 3o seconds.
  3. Pour mixture over cabbage and onion.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
