- 1 head cabbage, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced into rings
- 2/3 cup white vinegar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. mustard seeds
- 1 tsp. celery seeds
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- Place thinly sliced cabbage and onion rings in large bowl.
- Mix remaining ingredients and microwave for 3o seconds.
- Pour mixture over cabbage and onion.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
